Return Conditions

Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered and received
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and labels
Trying on items is allowed, but items must not be worn beyond fitting
Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with the return address of our supplier
Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and meets our return conditions:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days
The amount will be refunded via your original payment method

Liability

Charlotte & Olivia Toronto is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order
